The best Vietnamese food in town! The pho broth is incredibly rich and authentic, with deep, aromatic flavors of star anise, cinnamon, and slow-simmered beef bones that transport you straight to the streets of Hanoi. The noodles are perfectly tender, and the beef is sliced thin and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the spring rolls as well — they're fresh, crispy, and served with a delicious homemade dipping sauce. The service is exceptional, with staff who greet you with a warm smile and are always attentive to your needs. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a casual meal with friends. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I'll definitely be coming back soon and bringing everyone I know. Five stars all the way!
Chén Vietnamese Cuisine has become our family's favorite spot in town. The pho broth is rich, clear, and simmered to perfection — no MSG, just real bone broth flavor. Their banh xeo is crispy on the outside, generously filled, and served with the freshest herbs. The goi cuon is beautifully made with tender shrimp and soft rice paper. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff who take time to explain each dish, and reasonable prices for the quality you get. We've been back three times this month already. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!
